It’s official! Foo Fighters are coming to South Africa!

There’s something huge lined up this summer in South Africa – The Foo Fighters will be making their way to play two shows in December, alongside international band Kaiser Chiefs and supported by Jozi band Blk Jks.

With their self-titled debut album released almost 20 years ago, it’s a perfect match as SA pays tribute to 20 years as a democracy. With spirits at an all-time high, the band will be releasing their 8th studio album a month before they hit our shores (November, 2014), so you can expect some old classics and new gems that’ll one day be considered classics too! Keep posted for more info, but make sure you save these dates: Wednesday 10 December at Cape Town Stadium and Saturday 13 December at FNB Stadium. It’s finally our time to see the legendary Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett and Pat Smear on stage! Now just to get through winter…
