Condé Nast — a magazine publisher that started with lifestyle and fashion bible Vogue — was founded in 1909 by Condé Montrose Nast. A century later, curator Nathalie Herschdorfer has decided to launch a book and an exhibition showcasing a 100 years of Condé Nast fashion photography — the medium which brought style to you and me. The exhibition opens on 15 June as part of the Edinburgh Art Festival and features 160 images of the early work of big names such as David Bailey, Cecil Beaton, Edwin Blumenfeld and Corinne Day.
