Your Cult is a photography-based competition, where you are encouraged to submit photograph/s around whatever street sub culture you feel most aligned to. From tattoos and cafe-racers to fixies and skateboarding – it’s all about self-expression – so get creative and don’t hold back!
In a way or another, we are all a part of street culture. So go grab a camera, grab a friend, ask a photographer friend or just use you smartphone and start sending us your best content-related photos! The top images will be published in the Cult of Self Magazine, Issue 01. Stand a chance to win a Canon 1100D as well as to be shot by a professional photographer in a studio so you have stunning images to keep forever!
Since we have just started this amazing street community activation, it will be imperative for you to like our Facebook page, and if possible follow us on @cultofselfmag, Pinterest and Instagram to increase your chances of being involved! Don’t be shy to spread the word!
Levi’s ® will be offering regular gear for you to win and countless tickets for related events in South Africa will be up for grabs too.
Deadline is the 1st of November 2013. The pictures will be regularly updated on our Pinterest, Facebook page and Cult of Self website. We’ll be posting some of our own inspirations on the Cult of Self Facebook page, which’ll give a good indication of what direction to follow for your own submission.
