The third edition of the Cape Town Electronic Music Festival kicks off on 4 February 2014 and will run through until 9 February 2014. Headliners are deep house don Dixon (Germany), drum ‘n bass trio Noisia (Netherlands) and hip hop pioneer DJ The Original Jazzy Jay (US). What’s more, before the main festival (7 – 9 February) there’ll be workshops, showcases and satellite events as part of a development-focused programme in SA’s main cities and townships. Other acts revealed include American house producer Justin Martin, UK bass hero Benga, a collaborative performance from local stars Jullian Gomes and Culoe De Song, Protoculture, Black Coffee, Dirty Paraffin, Haezer, Portable (UK), J-Phlip (US) and Crazy White Boy.
